A Word on Printed Home Data Sheets

How many times have you toured a house and wished you had the details about it right at your fingertips? Sometimes paper is faster than technology if it’s right in front of you and you don’t have to boot up, navigate, and scroll to find square footage, year built, and other details.

When I list a property for sale I go beyond just printing out the data sheet which can look daunting with tiny print and all the specs crammed together.

That’s why I created the feature brochure. Inside is the beloved data sheet but on the exterior are the bullet points about the house and information about the neighborhood. On the back side you’ll probably find a floor plan or further photos and room dimensions. Refreshing!
